Audio refactoring:

* renamed tSound fields, added descriptions for each field
* getting rid of term 'intensity' in favour of 'max distance'
* renamed two cAudioManager fields
* fix volume not being reduced for stopping sounds that are looped
* reverse a few PS2 bits
