Misa 74740c5a21 Remove LODEPNG_NO_COMPILE_ZLIB 
This fixes a segfault, because we would then pass compressed image data
to SDL_ConvertSurfaceFormat() in LoadImage(). I didn't test my previous
PR. Whoops.
