New language! This uses the 10x10 font added in the previous commit. This has some minor changes from the delivered version: - Synced language files, and thus added max_local attributes - Removed leftover Catalan strings in strings_plural (and reduced to just one form) - Aligned terminal_finallevel

Versions
There are two versions of the VVVVVV source code available - the desktop version (based on the C++ port, and currently live on Steam), and the mobile version (based on a fork of the original flash source code, and currently live on iOS and Android).
